Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu
  • Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required
  • Work together with the team to prepare foods such as sandwiches, beverages, and grab-n-go items while following instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements
  • Executes proper food handling procedures such as labeling, dating, stocking, rotating, and checking the temperatures of products.
  • Use specific equipment such as juice dispensers, blenders, and juicer machines to create customized cold beverages to customers’ preferences
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management, performing responsibilities as directed by the business or assigned by management
  • Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy


  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass the required background check to work at the Airport
  • Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shift
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
